Collecting Sales Tax in your Booth
Collecting Sales Tax in your Booth- As an exhibitor, you will be required to collect Florida state sales tax and Orange County surcharge in the amount of 6.5% on all purchases made in your booth at Star Wars Celebration V. Please be sure to review and complete the Application to Collect and/or Report Tax in Florida and mail your completed application with $5 processing fee to the address listed below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Florida Department of Revenue at 407-475-1200.

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor Badges – All exhibitors are entitled to a free allotment of badges to be used by their booth staff only. Failure to comply with this rule can result in future prohibition of exhibiting at Star Wars Celebrations. Exhibitor badges will not be mailed and must be picked up onsite at the Exhibitor Check-in Counter. Please refer to the chart below to determine your allotment based on your booth size. If your company requires additional badges in excess of your allotment, they can be purchased onsite. Please contact Mike Armstrong at marmstrong@reedexpo.com for details on ordering additional badges for your booth staff or valued customers.
