There is so much to see and do at Star Wars Celebration! But before you arrive at the event, here’s some important information you should know to help you plan your trip. 

Make sure to download our mobile app so you can plan your schedule, browse guests, view our show features and exhibitors, and so much more.  

Badge Pick-up is the first step in your Star Wars Celebration experience. This is where you show the QR code for the ticket you purchased online and trade it in for a physical badge. You must wear your physical badge to enter and attend the event, so please remember to pick-up your badge before the weekend begins!

Early badge pick-up is highly recommended. Please visit us starting Tuesday, April 15! EXCLUSIVE: You can purchase an on-demand screen-printed T-shirt with a Celebration exclusive design only available for fans who pick up their tickets between Tuesday, April 15 and Thursday, April 17 by 2PM.

You can pick up your badge during the following times:  

• Registration/Badge Pick-up Times (Hall 9, Level 1):  
  • Tuesday, April 15: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, April 16: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday, April 17: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday, April 18: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
  • Saturday, April 19: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
  • Sunday, April 20: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Please bring your email confirmation QR Code along with your ID, such as passport, driver's license, or My Number card.  

Makuhari Messe has Free Wi-Fi service available in the 2F Central Mall. “Messe_Free_Wi-Fi” is available for 30 minutes of access at one time. If you want to continue use after 30 minutes, please connect again.

There will be NO Wi-Fi Service available on the Show Floor in Halls 1-7. If you are relying on Wi-Fi for connectivity, we recommend having offline copies or screenshotting any important information you need prior to entering the event, including: 

• Your ticket confirmation QR codes for badge pick-up or merch pick-up
• Your Panel or Lightspeed Lane Reservation PDF tickets
• Pre-purchase photo op or autographing tickets
• Schedule information and the maps in the Celebration app, etc.

NEW at Star Wars Celebration! 

We are excited to bring you a space dedicated to Japanese cuisine inspired by Star Wars. The Food Hall is located in Hall 7 with a variety of options to choose from. 

If you have a panel reservation for the Celebration Stage, Galaxy Stage or Twin Suns Stage, please make sure:

• You are at the correct stage! The stage for your reservation will be on your QR code confirmation.
• You have your QR code ready for scanning! Note: QR codes may only be scanned once. Please do not share it with others.
• You arrive at the stage queuing area 30 minutes in advance. 

If you do not have a panel reservation, there will be a limited stand-by line at those three stages. 

If you have a Lightspeed Lane reservation to shop the Official Celebration Show Store in Hall 9, please make sure you have your QR code ready for scanning! Please note: Your QR code may only be scanned once. Please do not share it with others.

If you pre-ordered artwork, you can pick it up at the Art Show on the show floor.  Head to the pre-order queue at the Art Show with a copy of your order.  You will then receive a receipt to redeem for your artwork at the artist’s booth.  You must pick up your order by 12:00 PM on Sunday, April 20.

Pre-ordered artwork is available for onsite pick up only. Fans that do not pick up their orders onsite will not be able to claim their purchased artwork after the event.
