Panel Reservations

Panel Reservations give fans the opportunity to reserve a seat to specific panels at Star Wars Celebration. 

Please Note:

  • Galaxy Stage and Twin Suns Stage panels available for reservations will be streamed from the Celebration Stage.
  • You can make one panel reservation selection per day.
    • Since there are two panels on Saturday, you may choose one of the two panels available.
  • You must have a valid ticket type for the day of your panel reservation. Panel reservations do not guarantee entrance to Star Wars Celebration. 

Fans who reserved admission to the select panels of the day on the Celebration Stage, Galaxy Stage, and Twin Suns Stage will be sent a QR code, via email, and need to arrive at the queue for their reservation 30 minutes in advance.

For the safety and comfort of all fans, overnight queuing is not permitted at Star Wars Celebration.

Panel Reservations open March 25 at 4:00 PM PDT/March 26 at 8:00 AM JST.

The panel reservation system will close on April 8 at 4:00 PM ET. You will need the email you used to purchase your tickets or your Order ID.

Fans are eligible to reserve panels as the ticket holder only. If you have purchased a ticket for someone else, you will need to make sure the ticket has been transferred to that person BEFORE panel reservations begin, so they can reserve for themselves. Group panel reservations are not available for Star Wars Celebration Japan. 

We recommend logging into your ShowClix account prior to reservations to confirm that the and that the correct tickets are assigned to you. If you do not have an account, you can click “forgot password” to make one. 

You may not trade, sell, or exchange your panel if you are selected as it is tied to your unique email address. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have a Jedi Master VIP badge, you should not participate in the panel reservation process! You are guaranteed admission to all panels on the Celebration Stage, as long as you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the panel.

Panels available for reservations are:

  • Friday |  The Mandalorian & Grogu
  • Saturday | Andor A Star Wars Story
  • Saturday |  Ahsoka
  • Sunday | First Look: Star Wars: Visions Volume 3

We are only able to accommodate attendees who have received a panel reservation. 

If there are no reservations available, there will be very limited stand-by opportunities on-site. Stand-by lines will be closed when the room is full, and no more entry will be permitted. We are unable to guarantee admittance to any panel at Star Wars Celebration unless you have a reservation and arrive on-site, in your respective stage queue 30 minutes prior to the start of the panel. 

Panel Reservation FAQ

Adult Attendee Tickets (Single Day and Weekend).

If you have a Jedi Master VIP badge, you should not participate in the panel reservation process! You are guaranteed admission to all panels on the Celebration Stage, as long as you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the panel. 

Children ages 13 or younger will be permitted to enter with an accompanying adult or guardian. Seating may not be available as it is first-come, first-served. 

No. If you transfer your ticket, the panel reservation will no longer be available to that ticket. Each person must make their own reservations separately.

The panel selections will be available for the Celebration Stage, Galaxy Stage, and Twin Suns Stage. 

Please note: that if you select a panel on the Galaxy Stage, or the Twin Suns Stage, the panel will be streamed from the Celebration stage to those stages.  

There will be very limited standby available for the panel selections. Standby is not guaranteed and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
