Hotel rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, reservation acknowledgements are emailed to you within seconds of confirming the reservation.

すべての展示品・資材は、2025年4月21日（月）午後2時までに完全撤去してください。
- 車輌がホール内へ進入できるのは4月17日（水）の正午までとなります。大型機器および大型製品は正午までに搬入してください。
- 展示の撤去やブースの解体は必ず展示会最終日の午後4時以降に行ってください。
- 撤去の際にブースの解体は当時に行われるため、事故に十分注意してください。
車輌展示
出展社用マニュアル（規定）より、
展示のみを行う車輌のタンク内の燃料や潤滑油など
・展示されるモーター・油圧機等に密閉状態で内蔵されている潤滑油など
を最小限の範囲とする
