Star Wars Celebration Japan is taking place at Makuhari Messe in Halls 1-7, Hall 9, and the Celebration Stage (Makuhari Arena). Please review all the details below for entrance procedures, Badge Pick-up, and important show locations.  

Halls 1-7, Level 1 

• Main Show Floor entrance, Food Court, and Stages  

• Quiet Room, Security Office, Jedi Master VIP Lounge 

• Show Floor Morning Queue (outside of Hall 1) 

• Queuing for Galaxy Stage and Twin Suns Stage in the morning (for fans with 10:00 AM Panel Reservations only) begins on Level 1 outside of Hall 1. 

• Food Trucks (outside of Hall 1) 

Halls 1-7, Level 2 

• Central Mall walkway 

• Hall 5 Re-entry during Show Floor hours 

• Mothers Rooms 

Hall 9, Level 1 

• Registration/Badge Pick-up 

• Official Show Store  

• Cosplay Changing Rooms 

• Cosplay & General Attendee Cloakroom 

Celebration Stage (Makuhari Arena) 

• Celebration Stage panels

All badges are onsite pick-up only. Once you arrive at the event, you must pick up your badge for the event. Early badge pick-up is extremely encouraged, please visit us starting Tuesday, April 15!  

All badge types are eligible to pick-up during these times:  

• Registration/Badge Pick-up Times (Hall 9, Level 1):  

  • Tuesday, April 15: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, April 16: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday, April 17: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday, April 18: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
  • Saturday, April 19: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
  • Sunday, April 20: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• Please bring your email confirmation to Onsite Ticket Pick-up along with your ID, such as passport, driver's license, or My Number card.  

Once you have your physical badge, you may go directly to your morning queue area.

• The queue for the Celebration Show Store (for fans with reservations only)
• The queue for the Celebration Stage (for fans with reservations only) begins on Level 2 outside the Celebration Stage (Makuhari Arena)
