Holonet News Stage Application
Star Wars Celebration is looking for the very best Star Wars podcasters and fan news outlets from across the Galaxy to join us on the Holonet News Stage!
Applications will close on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 11:59am ET / 11:59pm JST and all applicants will be notified of final decisions by late January 2025.
When completing your application, please note the following:
- All free giveaways, printed materials, banners, and signage created by fan panelists must be approved by the Star Wars Celebration team before printing and creation. Unapproved giveaways or materials will not be allowed to be distributed.
- Time on the Holonet News Stage is strictly for not-for-profit, fan-based podcasts, and fan news outlets that will be broadcasting solely about Star Wars and are family-friendly.
- All panelists accepted for broadcasting at Star Wars Celebration must be at least 18 years of age.
- Any guests in your application must be ones you have already confirmed.
- No guests or celebrities will be provided by Star Wars Celebration for Holonet News Stage broadcasts. No celebrity “wish lists” will be considered.
- When applying, please detail what topics you will cover with your panel.
- Panels that are accepted to be a part of the Star Wars Celebration Holonet News Stage will be entered in a random drawing for time slots on the stage.
- Star Wars Celebration can provide panelists complimentary admission for up to six approved speakers, including the moderator, depending on panel content. Celebration does not pay speaking fees nor does it cover travel, lodging or meals.
- Star Wars Celebration stages are equipped with microphones, projectors and screens, and different playback devices, depending on which stage we choose for your event. More information about AV setup will be provided to approved panels.
- Submitting a panel does not guarantee acceptance.
- Star Wars Celebration will schedule your Panel based on availability and needs of the show. Panelists do not get to choose what day or time they present. Time and date preferences will be considered, but scheduling will be at Star Wars Celebration’s sole discretion.
- Please be advised that panel schedules may change. Organizers will be notified of required schedule changes.
